Lifting Up School Success Across the Public and Affordable Housing Sector

This October 1, 2019 CGLR Housing Partner session highlighted the diverse ways in which national public and nonprofit affordable housing intermediaries and associations, and their members and affiliates, link and leverage housing to support children and families in achieving educational outcomes. The panelists – Alexandra Nassau-Brownstone and Nicole Manchester from Stewards of Affordable Housing for the Future (SAHF), Clare Rosenberger from NeighborWorks America, Jennifer Peck from Partnership for Children and Youth (PCY), Jenny Hicks from JVH Empower and Abra Lyons-Warren from the Council of Large Public Housing Authorities (CLPHA) – shared comprehensive materials and lifted up examples of housing-education partnerships across each of their networks.
