Vicky Armstrong has been an educator for 35 years serving as an elementary teacher, instructional coach, principal, and at the district level for K-12 instruction. During Vicky’s tenure, she has led an underperforming elementary school to Distinguished School status, been recognized as Fresno County Administrator of the Year, and was a finalist for Tulare County Administrator of the Year. She enjoys systems improvement work, facilitating collaborative teams to improve learning outcomes, and supporting growth and capacity in all educators on behalf of students.
