As Arizona Literacy Director, Terri Clark leads the state’s early literacy initiative, Read On Arizona, a public/private collaboration with a commitment among the key players in education and philanthropy to work together in coordination and alignment, share data, maximize investments, and take the strategic, comprehensive, collective approach required to drive large-scale change and advance statewide efforts in early literacy to improve language and literacy outcomes for Arizona’s children from birth through age eight.
