He is co-founder of Meteorite Advisors and Senior Advisor for Too Small to Fail, where he oversees media partnerships. Over the past 20 years, Stephen has cultivated dozens of impact initiatives in the U.S. and abroad, building partnerships between Fortune 500 companies and major foundations, media organizations, nonprofit groups and government agencies. A first-generation Cuban-American, Stephen served as a White House National Security Fellow in the Clinton Administration and studied international development and economics at Georgetown, Columbia and Oxford Universities.
