After a law and government career, Staci Croom-Raley decided to pursue her passion for service and zealous advocacy in the nonprofit sector. Her professional portfolio includes serving in senior leadership roles in mission-driven organizations like Goodwill Industries, Boys and Girls Clubs, Boys Town, U.S.A., and most recently, as Executive Director of HIPPY USA. She credits those experiences with shaping her career towards advocacy and nonprofit leadership and the foundation for her newest roles as President and C.E.O. of the Children’s Equity Coalition. Ms. Croom-Raley earned a Master of Science in educational leadership from the University of Memphis and a Juris Doctorate from the University-Little Rock, Bowen School of Law. Today, Ms. Croom-Raley complements her professional career by volunteering for the local Rotary Club and the Junior League of Little Rock, Arkansas.
