Sarah Link is Senior Vice President of Early Education and Out-of-School Time at United Way of Massachusetts Bay, where she is responsible for delivering on United Way’s mission of advancing an economically just region where access to prosperity is shared across race and ethnicity. For thirteen years, Sarah has led a team in efforts related to strategic grantmaking, program design and implementation, and collective impact and systems change in education. Prior to joining United Way, Sarah’s work in the Out-of-School Time field fostered a passion for school, community, and family partnerships to support young people’s social emotional learning. Sarah graduated from Harvard College with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and from the Harvard Graduate School of Education with a master’s degree in Education. When she is not working, you can find Sarah coaching her daughters’ softball and basketball teams, leading the Newton Girls Softball Panthers travel softball program, and serving board member of Newton Girls Softball.
