Sarah is the CEO of Teaching Lab, a national non-profit organization with a mission to fundamentally shift the paradigm of teacher professional learning for educational equity. Sarah previously held leadership positions with the Overdeck Family Foundation and the New York City Department of Education (NYCDOE), and was a high school science teacher and founder of a social justice student leadership program in Washington, DC and Oakland, CA. She holds a doctorate from the Harvard Graduate school of education, earned her M.A.T. from American University, and graduated summa cum laude with a B.S. in Neuroscience from Emory University.
