Rosa serves as the Director of Community Development at the National Center for Families Learning. At NCFL, Rosa initiates and develops community support at NCFL’s major project sites across the country. Her background includes fostering equitable and inclusive practices in community spaces. In 2013, Rosa founded the Community Language Cooperative (Denver). Rosa is a lead advocate in the language justice movement, working to dismantle oppressive practices around linguistic services. Rosa holds a Master of Public Administration from the University of Texas at Arlington and a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish and Nonprofit Administration from Colorado State University-Pueblo.
