Rebecca Slaby is a Korean adoptee, mother, educator, and servant leader living on Dakota land in Minneapolis, where she works to create inclusive spaces of equity and belonging as Executive Director of AmazeWorks. With an MEd from DePaul University and over 15 years of teaching experience, Rebecca co-authored two AmazeWorks curriculums and brings her expertise in equity work to schools and organizations as a sought-after speaker and trainer. Rebecca is a Qualified Administrator of the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI). She currently sits on the boards of the Minnesota Council of Nonprofits and Upstream Arts.
