Rebecca joined Raising a Reader in 2010 and has been part of the RAR family for over 12 years. She is the Managing Director of Programs and is responsible for overseeing RAR’s Community of Practice, Curriculum
Development, Book Collection Curation, Publisher Relationships, and Partnerships. Rebecca received her Bachelor’s in Education from Towson University and her Master’s of Science in Special Education from Johns Hopkins University. Rebecca is from Pasadena, Maryland and her hobbies include Reading, Travel, Kayaking, and exploring new places. She currently resides in Chestnut Hill Cove, Maryland with her two children and puppy Kalani. In her spare time, Rebecca is coaching a girls soccer team, carting kids to youth sports, having fun at family outings, and DIYing.
