Rachel Hansen is a statistician at the National Center for Education Statistics and serves as the project director on the School Pulse Panel study. Prior to leading this study, she served as the project director on the School Survey on Crime and Safety (SSOCS) and the School Crime Supplement (SCS) to the National Crime Victimization Survey (NCVS). She has been at the Department of Education for 11 years and has post-master’s graduate certificates in Educational Statistics and Research Methods, Educational Measurement, and Program Evaluation from the University of Arkansas, a M.S. in Experimental Psychology from Missouri State University, and a B.A. in Psychology from Drury University.
