Noel Kelty

Ms. Kelty is the Director and Early Intervention Manager at the Michigan Department of Education (MDE), Office of Great Start/Early Childhood Development and Family Education. In addition to this work, Ms. Kelty coordinates MDE’s P-20 Family Engagement initiative. Prior to this position, Ms. Kelty was the Early Literacy and Family Engagement Consultant for the MDE. Ms. Kelty has experience as a program administrator, classroom teacher, early intervention specialist, home visitor, and consultant. Ms. Kelty is completing her Ph.D. in Early Childhood and Special Education from Oakland University.
