Nicole De Santis is a Principal based in Austin and a core member of BCG’s Education, Employment, and Welfare practice. She focuses on supporting PK-12 institutions, nonprofits, and government agencies to drive impact in local communities, especially on child care and early learning topics. She previously served as Director of Operations for Early Learning at Dallas ISD, managing the budget and data strategy for PreK through 2nd grade. She also serves on two local boards in Austin – Montessori for All, a lab school and national public Montessori leader and PelotonU, a hybrid college that supports working adults to earn degrees quickly and cost-effectively.
