Natalie Vieira was the Policy Advisor at All Our Kin. For three years, Natalie led All Our Kin’s policy work in Connecticut, partnering with staff, family child care educators, early childhood advocates, and policymakers to push for increased resources and support for home-based child care. After that, she led a technical assistance initiative, advising state and local leaders across the country who are eager to strengthen family child care in their communities. Natalie played a key role in developing All Our Kin’s family child care policy framework, which you will hear more about today, and has presented on this framework at conferences around the country.
She currently works as an Advisor for Strategic Initiatives & Partner Success with Tides.
