Experience Corps at AARP Foundation

Prior to joining AARP Foundation, Mioshi Moses served as the Executive Director of Genesys Works National Capital Region, a national workforce development social enterprise that provides life-changing work opportunities to high school students in underserved communities. Mioshi led the vision and strategy for the organization’s growth in the region and promoted innovation in the program. An accomplished professional in corporate and nonprofit sectors, Mioshi’s background spans leadership and consulting positions at the Children’s National Health System, Leadership Greater Washington, Booz Allen Hamilton, and Ernst & Young. She has extensive experience in organizational growth, strategic planning and implementation, and partnership development. Mioshi is also a trained attorney with a specialty in tax law.

Mioshi earned her Juris Doctorate from the George Washington University, and her bachelor’s degree in economics from Spellman College.
