Mel is the Co-founder and COO of Mirza, a social impact company focused on making the safety net more accessible. Before Mirza, she helped scale high-growth companies across sectors including education, real estate, and European sales. Mel holds a B.A. from the University of Virginia and an MBA from London Business School. Now based in Santa Monica with her husband and puppy, she spends her free time offering unsolicited wine recommendations.
