Laurie Sztejnberg is the Director of Research for the foundation and Senior Program Officer for the Exceptional Educators portfolio, which aims to empower teachers to unlock students’ excitement for learning. Laurie has spent nearly twenty years in the field of education – doing both research and direct service.
Most recently, Laurie worked at TNTP (The New Teacher Project) where she served as a director working directly with school districts. Prior to that, Laurie worked at Success Academy Charter Schools, as an Education Specialist with McKinsey and Company, and as a Research Associate at MDRC.
Laurie holds a Master’s in Public Administration from the NYU Wagner School of Public Service and a B.S. in Chemistry from Duke University.
