Lauren Day is a Principal at BCG in the Minneapolis Office. She is a member of BCG’s Public Sector practice with a focus at the intersection of Education, Employment, and Welfare and State & Local Government. Lauren has supported clients across the education space, from early childhood development, to broadband access for K12, to K12-workforce pipelines and strategies. Lauren worked closely with Dallas ISD’s early learning team to help build its predictive model for 3rd grade reading, support internal change management and organizational infrastructure efforts to make more data-driven decisions, and analyzed strategies for classroom quality.
