Kelsey is a Managing Director and Partner in BCG’s Dallas office. She is a member of BCG’s Public Sector and Social Impact practices focusing primarily on the Education, Employment, and Welfare sector, and is the global topic leader for early childhood. Kelsey has significant experience with public and private client covering topics such as strategy, change management, performance management, organization design, and transformation. Her client work includes supporting the development and implementation of a comprehensive early-childhood education strategy—from birth to third grade—for multiple urban school districts. She also support system transformation across K-12 and higher education.
