Kelly Eppley, MSW

With more than two decades of social work practice at the community and organization level, Kelly brings strong communication, problem solving, program administration, and team leadership skills to her role as Director of Early Learning for The Hunt Institute. Kelly’s experience includes thirteen years working in a large NC Child Care Resource and Referral (CCR&R) agency focused on equitable access to affordable, high-quality early care and education. While there, Kelly managed a variety of grant-funded programs, worked extensively in child care subsidy administration, and participated on a large, multi-agency team that supported the development and implementation of universal PreK in Durham County.
