Jill Fioravanti is the Principal of ConCura Coaching, Facilitation and Consulting, LLC. She began
coaching with Achieving Excellence in 2014 (AE7), and became the AE Lead Coach in 2022
(AE11). Jill works closely with CEOs, senior management teams, staff and Boards of Directors
across the country on a range of organizational development, change management, and
leadership initiatives. In addition to serving as an executive coach, Jill also facilitates strategic
planning and business planning processes, works with organizations to build and strengthen
teams, and supports nonprofits with executive searches and retreat facilitation.
To her practice, Jill brings 10 years of expertise via several senior-level positions held from
2002-2012 at the Cabrillo Economic Development Corporation, a nationally recognized
affordable housing organization in Ventura, CA. Responsibilities at CEDC included launching the
Community Building and Neighborhood Revitalization Department, establishing a non-profit
affiliate that became certified as a Community Development Financial Institution, and
overseeing research, corporate grant writing, marketing and communications. She has served
on several non-profit boards, including eight years as a Commissioner with the Housing
Authority of the City of San Buenaventura, and is most recently as Board Chair of the Interfaith
Families Project. She is also a NeighborWorks Training Institute faculty member in the
Management and Leadership track.
Jill holds a Bachelors in Psychology with a Minor in Urban Studies from Stanford University,
completed the Coro Fellows Program in Public Affairs, and received a Master’s in Business
Administration with top honors from the UCLA Anderson School of Management. She and her
husband have three daughters ages 16, 14 and 11, who keep her on her toes.
