Jennifer Putetti currently serves as Director of Strategic Initiatives at the Office of the Treasurer, where she leads high-impact projects designed to advance organizational priorities and drive long-term policy outcomes. She brings extensive experience in government operations, legislative strategy, and program implementation. Previously, she served as Director of Legislative Affairs, where she authored and helped pass legislation to create Connecticut Baby Bonds, a first-in-the-nation program aimed at reducing generational wealth disparities. Her prior roles include Chief of Staff to Lieutenant Governor Nancy Wyman and Legislative and Administrative Advisor at the Office of Policy and Management, focusing on municipal and criminal justice issues. Jennifer is also an attorney, bringing legal expertise to her policy and strategic work.
