Heather Zellers is the Director of Information and Advocacy for the Rural Schools Association of NY, a member-driven organization that represents the particular interests of the small and rural school districts of New York State. She is also Chair of the National Rural Education Advocacy Coalition whose purpose is to advocate for the highest quality education for the children of rural America’s public schools.
