Faith Ann Butcher has been the Chief Impact Officer of United Way of Westchester and Putnam since October 2019. Her solution-oriented approach allows her to focus on opportunities rather than obstacles. The United Way of Westchester and Putnam has created lasting impacts in the communities it serves by taking holistic means to tackling issues as well as by developing partnerships with experts and stakeholders in the public and private sectors. Implementing programs that support having more students reading on grade level by the end of third grade is a pillar of United Way’s work.
