Erin Kinsella is an Early Learning Specialist (ELS) with the ParentChild+ program at Encompass in North Bend, Washington. This is her second year in this role. Previously, she taught elementary school for 12 years. She is also a Mom to two boys ages 6 years and 7 months old. In all of these roles, she has been passionate about making math accessible to all children from an early age.
