Doug Ismail is the president of the California Masonic Foundation, where he has worked for more than 23 years – raising more than $275 million over this period. Much of the Foundation’s charitable work is directed to supporting public education in California.
He also has a passion for supporting non-profit boards and organizations to do their best work through effective board governance, board planning and fundraising.
Doug has been a fundraiser and non-profit leader for more than 40 years. His career began at Cleveland Public Radio in Ohio in 1985 – and he has worked in nearly every sector of the non-profit world since.
