Chih-Ing Lim, Ph.D. is a teacher, learner, and creative problem solver. Growing up in post-colonial Singapore, she started off as a secondary school music and math teacher before joining a team to develop and implement the national early childhood curriculum framework. Her work at the Frank Porter Graham Child Development Institute at UNC-Chapel Hill reflects her mission to cultivate equitable opportunities for children with disabilities. She is the Co-Director of the U.S. Department of Education funded STEM Innovation for Inclusion in Early Education Center (STEMIE) and Principal Investigator for Supporting Change and Reform in Preservice Teaching in North Carolina (SCRIPT-NC).
