Cari Tarica is the New Jersey State Operations Director for Boys & Girls Clubs in New Jersey. Since 2012, she has worked with the state network of 22 Clubs to create statewide partnerships and provide leadership in program development, grant management, quality assessment and evaluation. Prior to joining Boys & Girls Clubs, she was a Director of Content for the New Jersey After 3 network of afterschool programs where she developed the networks content standards and curricula. She has over twenty years of experience in program management, including evaluation and monitoring in the fields of afterschool, youth development, social emotional learning and family literacy programming. She has a MSW from Rutgers University.
