Britt Magneson joined the National Inventors Hall of Fame® (NIHF) in 2012. She is currently Executive VP, Education Outreach, where she is responsible for managing district- and school-funded programs nationally. Through strategic planning with the sales management team, she works closely with regional representatives to build relationships, increase brand awareness in the education market, and increase sales in the district- and school-funded market. She also conducts professional development workshops for districts and teachers to support the implementation of NIHF education programs. Prior to joining NIHF, she was directly involved in public education as a teacher, building principal, curriculum director and executive director of federal and government programs. Britt concluded her career in public education as an assistant superintendent for curriculum and instruction. She received her bachelor’s degree from Kalamazoo College, her master’s degree from Indiana University and a Ph.D. in educational leadership from Purdue University.
