Anne Dwyer is an Associate Research Professor at Georgetown University’s McCourt School of Public Policy, focusing on Medicaid, CHIP, and behavioral health policy at the Center for Children and Families, including issues related to school-based Medicaid services. Previously, she served as Senior Health Counsel for the U.S. Senate Finance Committee, where she helped lead Medicaid and CHIP legislation, including the CHIP reauthorization and the American Rescue Plan. Anne holds a J.D. from the University of Minnesota Law School and a Masters of Public Health from the University of Minnesota
School of Public Health.
