Angela Garcia serves as the CEO and owner of The Toy Box Early Learning Centers in Las Cruces, New Mexico. A Five-Star Nationally Accredited program with two locations serving approximately 300 children. In addition to providing quality early learning services at Toy Box’s two sites, she is a passionate advocate for the children and families in New Mexico, serving as the President of Full Circle Advocacy and Community Services where she works in partnership with elected officials and other programs across New Mexico and the country.
