In her role as Director of Real Estate Programs at NeighborWorks America, Clare manages the Real Estate Advisory Committee and Resident Services programs and directs the operations of the National Real Estate Programs team within NeighborWorks America. This role focuses on interdepartmental collaboration efforts, communications, managing procurements and grants, and execution of network-focused events. Through partnerships and technical assistance, she also serves as the subject matter expert on environmental sustainability strategies for the NeighborWorks network. Prior to joining NeighborWorks, Clare focused on the engaging the residential, and specifically affordable housing, market in the LEED for Homes program for six years at the U.S. Green Building Council, as the Manger of Residential Market Development. Prior to that she worked in a Cambridge, MA-based architecture firm as a contract and project specialist. Clare holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Gender Studies from the University of Richmond.
